Bulk Work Item Creation
This feature enables users to create multiple work items in bulk with minimal friction. Users can select multiple suggestions using checkboxes and create work items without reviewing them immediately. This is useful during brainstorming or fast discovery sessions where speed matters more than detailed refinement.
To ensure control and responsible usage, admin‑level guardrails are in place:
1) Admins can enable or disable bulk creation.
2) Admins can set a limit on the number of work items that can be created per session.
All bulk‑created work items are automatically tagged as “To Be Reviewed”, making it easy for users to:
1) Revisit them later
2) Review and refine them collaboratively with their team
3) Filter and manage them efficiently in Azure DevOps
This balances speed, governance, and quality, allowing teams to capture ideas quickly without losing control.
